B. Colorful vegetable vegan curry

This mild spicy curry is made by simmering it for an hour using a unique combination of two spices, the acidity of tomatoes and the richness of coconut milk, and a vegetable broth made from the leaves and stems of vegetables.The accompanying salad is a vegan potato salad made without eggs, using tofu and homemade carrot dressing made with amazake (sweet sake).
